I have enjoyed helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership for awhile and it never gets old. My family and I have a combined 30 years plus experience in the mortgage industry. Serving people is our passion. I was raised in Georgia. I love golf, music and building DIY projects for my home or others on the side. I love working with my hands when I am not behind a computer. Being a part of Anchor Home Mortgage is special becasue we are a family. That is exactly how we treat our clients.

It is so important to start early. Preparation is key. The earlier you start the less stressful the process will be. It is like studying for a test. Know the process and numbers ahead of time.
We provide a soft credit pull option for clients who want to protect their credit scores. I can also provide them with general numbers based on information they provide to me without any credit pulls.
We charge a flat underwriting fee and that is it. No hidden fees. No percetnage of origination cost based on the laon amount. We charge one flat fee and that is it.
