Michael Shotnik began his career in a mortgage call center, where he fell in love with the business but not the typical sales-driven approach. He built his practice around what clients truly value. Michael was named a Mortgage Professional America “Young Gun” (2014–2016), a National Mortgage Professional “40 Under 40” honoree (2013–2015), and to MPA’s 2015 Hot List. He leads Milestone Home Mortgage while enjoying time with his wife, four kids, golf, and mountain biking.
