Elly Claussen made the daunting process of buying our 1st home feel like a walk in the park! She is kind, helpful, personable, incredibly knowledgable, and has the amazing ability to make even the most complicated processes feel effortless, and even enjoyable! We have been able to find our dream home and prepare to start our family, and we could not have done it without Elly. She is so incredibly good at what she does and I recommend her for anyone looking for assistance, especially first time home buyers! If I could leave a review with a million stars, I would. 5 stars simply isn't enough to describe how incredibly helpful Elly was with this process.

I can't begin to explain how wonderful it is to work with Elly Claussen on your home loan. She has been nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I was interested in buying my first house, she sprung into action and got my approval so that I could start looking. She's extremely efficient, thorough, and a joy to work with. She's such an asset to Mid America Bank. I know where I'll be getting all of my loans from here on out!!

Worked with Elly Claussen as a first time homebuyer and she has made the whole process a lot less intimidating. So helpful and communicative, I literally could not recommend her enough. She has been absolutely amazing and I will definitely be going back for anything else in the future.

If I could give 20 stars, I would. Elly Claussen was an absolute godsend and if it weren’t for her and her team we wouldn’t have made it to the closing table for our home. Not to mention she found us a rate that was .7% better than our “small town lender” which will in turn save us hundreds a month and thousands in the future. I can’t recommend her and this bank enough if you are thinking of buying a home, because thanks to her, this process was significantly smoother and less stressful. If you go with her you will not be disappointed.

Elly Claussen was an absolute delight to work with when buying our first home! She made everything super easy and took away any stress we could’ve had. Throughout the entire process she kept my partner and me informed. Three months after we signed she was even able to get our interest rate down and made the re-financing process a breeze! Couldn’t recommend her enough!!
