Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

Most of my clients are referrals or repeat clients. I do not advertise anymore.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I'd like to see clients start the conversation about qualifying, down payment, and price range long before they think they are ready to purchase. Education makes all the difference in the outcome.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

I will answer the phone. Life happens on the weekends and evenings, so my work hours are flexible to be available when you are.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

First time buyers are fun to work with because we are making a dream come true. I also find it very rewarding to work with clients recovering from a divorce/setbacks to help them rebuild their life.
