I love working with first time home buyers. I make the process easier for them by education, clear communication, and weekly updates.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I start off every application with a soft credit pull that does not affect their credit score. This allows me to provide a rate quote and closing cost worksheet in the beginning

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I feel this is the most important thing a buyer can do. I recommend a buyer getting pre-approved as early as possible so that if we need to fix something we have time.

I use the rule of 2, 2 most recent pay stub, 2 most recent years W-2/Tax Returns, and 2 most recent bank statements
