We were referred to Bridgeway by friends who said "we didn't go with them but we wish we did". They later refinanced with them prior to us closing on our home. We were/are first time home-buyers, who had changing needs, wants, and budgets while navigating the New Jersey Market. Mike was diligent when we wanted to act, providing as much industry context/backup and comparison as he could to keep us moving. He was then attentive when we needed to re-group, giving us space and updates on what he sees from the market. Mike's turnaround times for review and pre-approvals were crucial in navigating those open houses with best-and-final needed next day. He was also able to close us quickly, which bolstered our offer, again, in a market where the buyer needs all the help they can get. He then kept the same level of stewardship through the negotiation and closing process, giving us prompt and professional representation once all relevant parties were in the same chain. He also provided insight on mortgage rates at a pivotal moment. Looking back, without an after-hours call-back from Mike, I would be sitting on a significantly higher rate right now. Any first-time home-buyer should certainly go to Bridgeway. That said, seeing the process first-hand, I would still recommend them to anyone coming into the process with experience.
