I’m an Arizona native, married for 30 years, a mom to 2 great men & Grandma to 3! Having been in the mortgage industry over 35 years, I have enjoyed helping borrowers achieve their dream of homeownership. As a Broker, we don't have any fees or costs over and above our lender partner fees, which are typically lower than most lenders. We charge the actual cost for appraisals and credit reports.
I suggest we obtain a free credit report from "AnnualCreditReport.com" and analyze that report together. I make suggestions based on that report as far as paying down or off revolving debt, etc.
