I've been in Real Estate & Mortgage for 30+ years and with my combined experience, I feel like I have a unique ability to connect with borrowers and help them through the process. I know what a real estate agent's expectations are and I understand the importance of communication. My goal is to have all the parties in a transaction feel good at the end and trusting that their concerns have been heard. Also because I work under a bank's charter, I can lend in all 50 states!

Most borrowers complete the application process online, but I'm happy to meet in person and walk through the process. I also attend all my closings in person celebrate the signing with the buyers!
Once your application is complete, I can do a "soft pull" of your credit. This protects a borrower's credit score and I can get a good rate estimate with this info.
If your credit score needs help, I help with credit monitoring and improvement. We can work together to come up with a plan to increase your score.
Because I work for a bank, I can write loans in all 50 states. We even have a bridge loan program that will allow you to purchase your new home first, then sell.
This is honestly the BEST way to start the home-buying process. You need to have a mortgage approval BEFORE writing an offer, so I'm happy to work with buyers who are early in their process.
