Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love helping people who dont think that homeownership could be a reality for them. Most of the time, all they need is education, guidance and a little motivation to help them on their way.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

I provide a one-on-one assessment of where the credit is currently, as well as discuss the different parts of the credit profile and ways to increase the score.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

They can expect a loan officer who is always just a phone call or text away, who is willing to educate, explain and make the home-buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I think that is a great idea! Purchasing a home is a major financial decision and it requires a lot of thought and planning.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Starting the process usually requires 2 months of bank statements, last 30 days of pay stubs and last year's W-2 to get started.
