Jesse is an amazing lender but an even better person. Not only is he super knowledgeable about how to go about your specific loan in the specific time in your life . He delivers his experience and expertise with a guidance and care that one doesn’t receive at all anymore. In a time where everything thing is quick, and not personal. He is very thorough and caring. In a process that feels foreign and invasive he made me feel like I had someone looking out for me. I could go on and on about Jesse and his team, but the only thing that matters here is that Jesse was the best person for this job and the best person for this period in my family’s life. I feel like I made a friend and met someone who actually cares. I recommend Jesse to everyone, If he can help you, he will help you.

My wife and I recently purchased our first investment property, which brought some new challenges compared to purchasing our primary residence. Luckily, when putting our team together, our first call was to Jesse! He was amazing when we worked with him last year, so we knew immediately that we wanted his help again. Jesse was, by far, the best Loan Officer we could’ve had in the process of buying our first house. He was attentive, informative, and super patient! We had a lot of questions and were very nervous. My husband and I both work in the service industry, which is a challenge when applying for a mortgage, and he said, “no problem, I’ll make it work”. And he did! Jesse made us feel like our dream of owning a home was within reach, and he helped that dream become a reality!

From the very first conversation with Jesse I knew we chose the right person to help us with our loan. Not only was he responsive but attentive to our needs as well. No pressure just the information we needed to make the best decision possible. Jesse was there for us the entire process and was even able to quickly correct a problem with the CD and still get us closed 5 days earlier than expected. I'm sure he didn't need to be present during or signing of closing documents but it absolutely showed his impressive characteristic of follow through. Finally, and most importantly, Jesse continued to help us with some other issues, not his responsibility, a month later. Even my sister who has been in the mortgage business for over 40 years said she wished more lenders were as good as Jesse. Mike Schroeder
