I cannot sing enough praises for Melissa and her team! Everyone at Strategy One is so knowledgeable, helpful, and positive. We relocated from Kansas and Melissa was very patient and helped guide us through the entire process, answering all of our questions along the way! Communication was excellent and stayed consistent the whole time. It’s not often that you can say your mortgage broker was the highlight of your home buying process, but in this case, that statement is most definitely true. I highly recommend Melissa and her entire team for anyone either in the area or looking to relocate to the area.

We just closed on our very first home, and we truly couldn't have done it without Melissa and her incredible team at Strategy One Home Loans! Going into the home-buying process, we were nervous. We knew that working with ACCESS and securing down payment assistance would be a major part of our journey, and we had heard that many agents and mortgage brokers are hesitant to take on situations with that level of complexity. We had an amazing experience with Melissa at Strategy One Home Loans and here team. They were so helpful and really guided us gently through the refinance process. They helped secure a great interest rate. Always explained everything to help us understand the process. Melissa & her Strategy One Team were fantastic! Clear, concise, super responsive every step of the way. The mortgage process can be overwhelming with so many different things coming at you at once. Melissa ensured we understood everything from start to finish. At signing, she worked with us to ensure we understood everything entry on every page of the multitude of documents one must initial & sign. If you’re moving to southern Oregon from outside the area as we were, she was a fantastic source of information about the area as well as the regional resources available to us. Honestly this was the best home purchase and mortgage experience I have ever had in my 10+ home transactions both here in the US and abroad. Thank you Melissa & Strategy One!

Melissa was absolutely, without a doubt, certifiably amazing to work with. If every company had someone like her, they'd be a smashing success- of course that's impossible though, because there's only one Melissa. Normally I smile and nod and expect my husband to handle all the details of the more complicated aspects of our life- like buying a house- because it overwhelms me. But not this time- Melissa broke everything down for me in easy to understand ways and didn't make me feel silly for it either. Additionally, she and her team were efficient and responsive, and we always felt like we were their priority and important to them. AND THEN! to top it off- she came to our closing and brought the sweetest gift personalized to our new home- and I teared up. I highly, highly recommend using Melissa and her team. You won't regret it! In fact- you might buy a another house just to work with her again. (Kidding).
