I help all clients. If I am not able to get an approval, I will guide them in the right direction to improve their situation.

I normally pull a soft pull that will not affect their credit profile.

They will receive great customer service from start to finish. I am available 7 days a week to assist with any question or concerns.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I am all for a client doing their due diligence before purchasing a property. It is normally the biggest investment of their life and they should be fully informed before they decide move forward.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

If I am licensed in that state, I will work the client to get the transaction done. If I am not licensed in that state, I will refer it to associate from West Cap that can get them to the finish line.
