How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

Knowing what to expect in the Lending Process early really helps guide clients through to a stress free closing on their purchase. I like to provide education, prequalification & stress free clients.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

I provide honest straight answers. By meeting early I can discuss the full process and set the client up for success, whether you are a first time buyer, a seasoned investor or just looking to refi.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I have been in this business for 38 years because I really like helping people . I listen to the needs of the client and their family and offer solutions to help them achieve their dreams.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

I listen to the needs of clients and match them with the lending product that best suits their needs. After a discussion & potential selection of a product I then work with the client on documents.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I am open to working with clients in however works best for them. I have been doing this a long time and remember the days of meeting at kitchen tables. Today, it is phone, email, zoom or in person!
