Where and how do you typically connect with clients?
We can usually connect over the phone or email to begin the Process. We also have a location that Borrowers can attend if they choose.
What documents do your clients need to start the process?
All loans require 30 days of pay stubs, two years W2s or tax returns if self-employed. If the loan type is a refinance, we need mortgage statements and homeowners' insurance information.
