Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I enjoy working with all types of buyers- First Time buyers, Repeat buyers, and Investors. I make it easy by explaining the process upfront, and asking for only items that are needed.

What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

Clients should expect to be treated respectfully, fairly and with patience. I communicate with clients and their Realtors throughout the process to ensure everything runs smoothly and we close on time

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?

I can counsel clients on improving their credit, as well as help them with credit repair. I help them to increase scores so they qualify for the best programs and best rates as they possibly can.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

I'll take the application either over the phone, or online, then ask for: 1. 30 days pay stubs 2. 2 yrs W2s (taxes only if Self-employed or own inv prop) 3. 2 months bank statements 4. ret/401k/TSP
