I had a wonderful experience working with Chanin throughout my loan process. She was a pleasure to work with—very responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions I had along the way. As this was my first loan, I especially appreciated having someone as experienced and supportive as Chanin to guide me through the process. Chanin was an incredible resource shepherding me through my loan process. With her help, I am confident that I got the best rate possible, and was cleared to close in about a week from starting the process! Chanin is not only unbelievably effective, but she was able to answer all of my questions quickly and comprehensively. I am not sure if "bedside manner" is a thing in the loan space, but Chanin was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful in her response. With such a large investment, it was so reassuring to feel confident I had someone so competent and diligent in my corner. I am so grateful for her help during my home buying process, and could not recommend any more strongly to someone getting ready to make an investment in a new home.
