Justin and his team are excellent! Not only did he secure us a great rate, he was also extremely proactive throughout the entire process. Additionally, he helped make the home buying experience as smooth as possible for us as first time homebuyers. The next time we buy a home, we will go with Assist Home Loans again without a doubt.

We found Assist Home Loans while we were searching for an alternative to our previous mortgage broker to refinance our mortgage loan, and I'm so incredibly happy we did. From the start, Justin Stearns was informative, transparent, and explained things in detail every step of the way. I consistently found myself wondering why any of our previous mortgage brokers weren't nearly as helpful as he has been, whether it's explaining the "why" of things, or giving general tips to save money in the long run. We will definitely be using Assist Home Loans again in the event a refi opportunity presents itself again in the future.

Justin was on top of it throughout the entire process. I came into the qualification process confused with where I stood and he took the time to educate me. After that he walked me through a game plan and then gave me the competitive edge to win the bid I needed. Without him I doubt the home buying process would’ve went as smooth as it did and I look forward to keep working with him as the market changes and better position my investment.
