We prompted questions to Sharon so you can learn more about their skills, preferences, and availability.
If you call me, I'll either answer or call you back quickly. Once you text me, you're in my phone for good. When you email me, you'll get a response back within the same business day.
You'll feel valued. You're important to me and to my team. This is a big decision, and we're in it with you, guiding you from start to finish.
I'll only do a soft credit pull during the pre-approval process. I do a hard pull once you're under contract, and not before that time, unless you're interested in assistance with credit improvement.
I always say you can't hit a target you can't see. Let me help you see the homebuying target, and let's work together to get you there!
If you're a W2 employee, I'll just need your most recent paystub, W2 and a bank statement. If you're self employed, I'll need your last 2 years of filed tax returns.
