After transitioning into Mortgage Lending many years ago, I found my true passion for helping my clients navigate their many lending options, and find the absolute best rates, terms and programs to suit their individual needs. My fees are structured to be low and affordable to my clients. We pass along the wholesale lender's fee - charge your actual credit report fee, title, escrow and appraisal fees. We don't add extras
Generally, plan to have 2 years of tax returns; 1 month paystubs; 2 yrs W2's; 2 months of bank statements; Driver's License, and document the homeowner's costs of any properties you own.
