I love speaking with clients and making sure they are 100% qualified. And I underwrite the file personally to make sure there are no surprises. Real estate agents love working with me.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love first time homebuyers and the process of seeing them own their first home and I helped them get there. Over the 25 years I have been doing this, I have had a lot of return clients.

I will analyze credit and give advice to improve the interest rate and qualification.
