Matthew did an absolutely fantastic hassle free refinance for us back in March. We had interest rates above 7% at the time. I first checked with my bank and my then present mortgage company. The rates and out of pocket expenses they offered were simply inadequate. We decided to reach out on the internet and received multiple calls. Matthew was the first to respond and after asking us a few questions he sent some rate information to us. We set up a meeting immediately. Matthew was very knowledgeable on the process and took the time to explain it in simple terms. He also took the time to find out what we really wanted to have with our refinance. We finalized the deal within 30 days with very little out of pocket expense and with a much better rate saving us $10,000 per year. It was a pleasure to work with him. We will do it again when the time is right. Super pleased with the results and I highly recommend his company.
