The entire JVM team is absolutely amazing. They were so thorough and helpful through the entire process, always happy to take a call to talk through an issue or explain something. They took the terror out of buying our first home; this whole process felt so much easier than all the stories we’d heard about buying a home. Truly top notch! Working with JVM Lending was such a great experience, especially with Hannah Papazian. As first time homebuyers we had a ton of random little questions pop up along the way and Hannah was always quick to respond and happy to walk us through everything. We had a pretty tight closing window, but she kept things moving so smoothly that we actually closed a full day early. Couldn't recommend her and the entire JVM team more!

Working with JVM was great. We spoke with a couple of lenders before purchasing our new home, and JVM quickly became the front runner. We specifically worked with Victor, Heejin, and Mary. From the get go, it felt like Victor wanted to get us the best terms for our loan, not make a sale. Everyone went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and quickly provide figure estimates on several properties (even on evenings and weekends). They were very transparent and thorough, and got us to the closing table without any hiccups. We would be happy to work with them again!

I highly recommend using JVM for your mortgage needs! I worked mainly with Wesley and Connie from start to finish. Wesley and team made it easy to compare our options by providing clear, concise information and being available to answer any questions I may have. Connie made it extremely easy to close our mortgage with excellent, timely communication and handling a lot in the background. Also wanted to call out how easy their application system is to use.
