What are your typical fees or lender costs?

My fee is paid by the lenders through negotiation resulting in your overall interest rate & closing costs to be lower. I have massive negotiating leverage due to the loan volume I do.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I prefer working with real life folks that care about supporting local businesses while saving money. I make the loan process easier by using everyday language and not talking like a mortgage robot.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

~60% of my clients are relocating to new areas. I talk to these folks like anyone else but also make sure they are aware of any local nuances that may impact them like traffic, taxes & insurances

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

I like to use the phone to update folks on important loan details and text messages for simple updates. These are 6 figure transactions!!! I don't like hiding behind a keyboard sending emails.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I can give rates quotes in as little as 2 minutes based on the info you tell me, keep it simple!!! If your credit score, income or house values change then it could impact the estimate.
