I help clients explore their options without impacting their credit score by offering payment estimates on my website's home page and rate quotes using a soft credit pull or scenario-based pricing.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

We need 2 years of employment, last 30 days paystubs, last 2 months of bank statements, last 2 years of W2s, and Photo ID. For NON QM loans for Self Employed please reach out.
