How do you work with clients buying out of state?

I work seamlessly with out-of-state buyers. My processing company was formed specifically for remote clients. Everything is digital with clear, fast communication—no travel needed.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

To get pre-approved, have ready: photo ID, last 30 days pay stubs, W-2s & tax returns (2 yrs), and 2 months bank statements. I'll send a custom checklist after we talk.
