Nate Dillard deserves every bit of a five-star review. Even though he lives in a different state, every time I call him, it feels like he’s right next door. This is our third transaction working with Nate, and every experience has been smooth, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. Buying a home can be a rollercoaster ride with a lot of moving parts, but Nate is the type of lender who stays locked in with you through the entire process. He goes above and beyond to answer questions, keep you informed, and make sure you get to the finish line. Jeff’s knowledge, guidance, and patience were outstanding. The pre-work he helped us complete made all the difference when it was time to formally apply for our mortgage. The closing agent said they had “never seen a mortgage funded so quickly.” We also cannot say enough good things about CeCe. Her ability to manage every document and detail made the process seamless. We will turn to Jeff and CeCe Quincey for every future mortgage need. We had an amazing experience working with Green Home Loans throughout the entire home buying process. As first time homebuyers, we had a LOT of questions, and we never felt like we were left wondering what was happening or what came next.
