What should clients expect when working with you from start to finish?

I love to educate my clients on what the home buying process looks like, and what the realistic expectations are of the loan process. I communicate with them at all times, providing loan updates.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

I have the ability to pull soft credit pulls, free of charge for my clients. Soft pulls have no adverse affect on the consumer's credit score, and I am able to use it to prequalify.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Documentation will depend on the loan type my clients are qualifying for; however, generally I ask them to provide 30 days worth of income and 2 months worth of assets to get the process started.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I love helping everyone interested in fulfilling their homeownership dreams, or those that want to further build their real estate portfolio. Whoever it is, I am here to help and provide resources.

How do you work with clients buying out of state?

I'm licensed in multiple states, so it does help some of my out of state clients. I also stay well connected with my real estate partners in other states and would help my clients with the referrals.
