I joined Smart Home Lending in 2020 after spending 13 years in the automotive industry. I’ve proudly served in the Kansas Army National Guard for over 20 years, and that same dedication to service carries into how I help my clients. I’m passionate about helping all clients achieve their homeownership goals and believe in keeping the process simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.

To get started, most clients provide recent pay stubs, W-2s (or tax returns if self-employed), bank statements, and a copy of their ID. From there, I’ll guide you on anything else that may be needed.
