Sam Ebnet gave us a call starting that rates are good right now and if we wanted to lower our interest rate. We were on board right away. Steven and Morgan were excellent! They went above and beyond. They always offered transparency and honesty. I would highly recommend working with them both. They both made the process very hassle free and streamlined. They made sure to answer any of my questions or address any of my concerns. Had a pleasant experience with Devin. Things could have gone better, numbers were misconstrued to us and a higher up had to get involved. They talk very fast and I fear that is their tactic to trick you in a sense. All in all, things got figured out and we are pleased with our decision.
