Clients can expect direct, transparent communication, clear options, and straightforward guidance, with a focus on educating them throughout the process so they can make confident decisions.

How do you provide rate quotes for clients who want to protect their credit score?

We don't need to run credit to pre-qualify or to give a rate quote.

What are your typical fees or lender costs?

I offer wholesale rates and am typically paid by the lender. You’ll still see standard third-party costs (appraisal, title, etc.) but I’ll show everything upfront.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

We encourage this. A well educated and informed buyer is always easier to work with.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

Mostly by phone (call/text) and online for convenience, but I also meet clients locally across Temecula Valley and Southern California for a personal touch.
