I have been working with Griffin and Amy on multiple deals. Griffin is extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to walk me through my first DSCR purchase and continues to provide me with the best service. He was able to help with structuring the deal and strives to get the best rate and least amount of cash invested. Amy has been processing my loans and does it both diligently and effectively. As I continue to grow, I'd like to have them both as permanent members of my team. Thank you both for your hard work and I look forward to our continued success together.

I just got the keys of my Mobile Home!! My wonderful realtor introduced me to "Your Favorite Lenders". It was a breeze working with them. I personally worked with Shane Rody and his team. He was wonderful all the way through. His team made sure I was informed right away of anything needed for the process, they worked fast and were always available when I had a question about anything. The team is very professional, respectful, and efficient. I would definitely recommend anyone trying to buy a home to give them a try. I am very pleased with my experience working with Your Favorite Lenders.

Worst lending experience I’ve ever had. We were in the process of doing four DSCR loans and decided to start with one through Your Favorite Lenders before moving forward with the others. Griffin, who was originally handling the loan, left the company during the process. Landis then took over, and from that point forward communication became extremely difficult. Calls repeatedly went unreturned, emails went unanswered, and we struggled to get clear information about what was needed to move the loan forward. The most frustrating part was that we actually had a closing scheduled for August 31. After the closing, the title company informed us that the loan could not fund because Your Favorite Lenders had failed to provide something that apparently had been known about weeks before closing. Throughout the entire process, Landis sent only one substantive email that I recall, on September 14, and repeatedly failed to return our calls. Meanwhile, we continued receiving revised disclosure documents and new paperwork to sign for another proposed closing date, with very little explanation or communication about what was happening. Jeff with Hancock Processing was by far the most helpful and responsive person involved in the transaction. This experience was especially upsetting because my mother was the borrower and was put through weeks of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Having what she believed was a completed closing on August 31, only to find out afterward that the loan could not fund, was unacceptable. For a company charging approximately 3 points, along with numerous additional fees, I expected a much higher level of communication, organization, and professionalism. We originally intended to do four DSCR loans. After this experience, I would not trust Your Favorite Lenders with the remaining transactions.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Shane Roddy from start to finish during the loan process. He was extremely helpful, professional, and always took the time to answer every question we had. Communication was excellent he responded quickly and kept me informed throughout the entire process, which made everything feel much less stressful.
