I think it is a great idea, especially for first-time home buyers. It is good to speak with a professional, knowledgeable, and transparent lender who can help set expectations about the whole process
Clients can expect for me to be there for them every step of the way. I am very hands-on, and available when they need me, even outside of "traditional" business hours.
During the initial consultation, one of the things we will discuss is credit. Based on that discussion, I may provide tips to improve their credit or if needed refer them to our credit repair program.
