From the very beginning, Dave was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. My file was far from easy…I had what felt like every possible problem and issue come up along the way but Dave continued working with me, answering my questions, helping me navigate each obstacle, and doing everything he could to keep the process moving forward. I truly appreciate his patience, dedication, and everything he did for me and my family. Steve was also amazing, especially as we got closer to closing. He stayed on top of everything that needed to be handled, helped take care of the final details, and worked to get us across the finish line. Buying a home can already be stressful, and with all of the complications that came up with my file, there were definitely moments when I wondered if we would actually make it to closing. Dave, Steve, and the entire team continued working behind the scenes to make it happen. Seeing everything finally come together and being able to purchase our new home for our family made all of it worth it.
