I actually like mortgages and would rather read a technical mortgage guide than eat a cookie! I'm not much of a salesperson, but I'm a heck of a loan engineer. 🔧 I've got a Master's degree from Murray State and have done everything from own a comic shop to audit worker's compensation bills. Do not recommend the latter. I have a lovely wife, a wonderful pet computer, and a home I spend entirely too much money on in Oak Ridge, TN.

I'm big on texting. I meet a lot of my clients at networking events for real estate investors, and we usually exchange a few texts before a 15 to 20 minute call.
Same way I do with about everybody - over the phone! The reality is that not a lot of folks want to come into the office anyway, so I'm working over the phone or email with most anyone anyway.
In a sense, whatever you want them to be! Rates are like a seesaw, the lower the rate goes, the higher the fees get and vise versa.
