I recently worked with Kerry for a home equity loan and I can honestly say it is my best mortgage experience thus far. Every house buying experience before now has been a nightmare and Kerry showed me you can in fact apply for a mortgage and receive it without losing your mind. She quickly answered all questions and managed to get us a closing date faster than anticipated. Highly recommend and will definitely work with Kerry again if/when rates drop!

Kerry Maguire of Preferred Funding Services was the absolute best in helping us secure the loan for our first-ever home purchase. We opted to buy when mortgage rates had increased, but Kerry kept a close eye on their ups and downs. Due to her decades of experience in the lending business, she was able to identify trends and promptly notified us when there was a dip in rates that would work to our advantage. She helped us lock in the rate and shop around for the best possible mortgage. We closed quickly on a house that, looking at comparable sales, was one of the best deals in recent memory. On top of that, Kerry has access to a network of trusted professionals, and helped us connect with a great home insurance company. Kerry is very friendly, caring and attentive, taking the time to answer every question these newbie home purchasers threw at her. We would unconditionally recommend Kerry and use her services again.
