Organically, the majority of my clients stem from face-to-face interaction or through referrals.

I can provide quotes based on soft-pull information.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

Typically, Government ID, Credit Authorization (even for soft pull), 2 years w2's, and 30 days of paystubs. Inquire regarding non-traditional/non-QM products.

How do you support clients looking to improve their credit before applying?
