Same process if you were in person, instead the entire process is fully remote. From pre-approval to closing, I handle everything digitally with clear communication by phone, text, and email.
The standard documents that are standard for all lenders are pretty simple. Photo ID, proof of income, and proof of insurance. Income documents and other documents vary based on each person situation.
I understand everyone's schedule is different and I can be flexible. If texting, and email is preferred, I have completed many loans this way. A phone call is always the quickest and preferred option.
