Shahram is a class above everybody else. He’s direct but kind, hyper responsive (like I can’t believe the hours he was picking up my calls or responding to texts), and all that while being the best rate…by a wide margin. He said from the beginning that, because of his low cost fixed fee, that nobody would be able to touch him on rate - and he was right. I’ve spent 15+ years in the financial services, with a good portion of that in banking and lending, and I’ll say that it’s rare to find someone as good to work with as Shahram was. It costs you nothing to consult with him on any new/refi, but it might cost you a lot if you don’t.
