Adam first reached out to me in 2019 when I was looking for quotes online. He promised me a great rate and he delivered. I was very pleased with the process from start to finish, everything was on time, no complaints whatsoever. Fast forward 5 years and time to move. I had such a great experience with Adam and Asset Mutual, so I texted him. In his usual form, he was Johnny on the spot and asked for phone call. He knows his stuff. He outlines my options (VA vs conventional, 5% down and PMI vs bridge loan, etc), he answers any and all questions, and gives non pushy recommendations. Once again, we met a strict closing deadline and everything is on time as promised. Adam and his team are very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very on the ball. 10 out of 10, highly recommended, would use again if needed too, but we don't want to move again!

Adam and his team are exceptional! I've had the opportunity to work alongside Adam with a number of my clients and the attention to detail he provides is unmatched. Purchasing a home is daunting and most clients are unsure of how the financial part of the process works. He and his team always make sure to provide thorough explanation and guidance for each client from start to finish and the peace of mind it provides both for myself and my clients is invaluable.

As a FTHB, I had no idea where to start, but as I was searching for a lender to reach out to for a preapproval, I found a few very strong Zillow reviews for Adam at Asset Mutual Mortgage. I filled out a form on the website and Adam called me back within minutes. Speaking to a lender was a big first step, but Adam was very patient and went to great lengths to explain all aspects of the homebuying process to me...not just the mortgage stuff. I did shop other lenders a bit even after getting pre-approval with Asset Mutual Mortgage, but Adam and this company won out over the others, including a couple bigger lenders. Closing costs were fair, and the underwriting process was easier than I feared. Adam also had introduced me to the realtor I ended up using. Very happy with Asset Mutual Mortgage as a lender, but also as an informational resource for a first time homebuyer. I'm hoping to refinance in the not-so-distant future, and I will absolutely be reaching out to Adam at Asset Mutual Mortgage when that time comes.
