Ken is like having that expert in your family that you can call to tell you what to do and how to do it. He was so trustworthy through the whole process, I wouldn’t think about calling anyone else the next time I buy a home. I was especially impressed by Ken’s deep knowledge of different loan programs, especially ones that were specific to each city, the knowledge to help first-time buyers navigate loan programs and down payment options and professional mortgage services from pre-approval to closing made something that could be so stressful actually simple and exciting.
