Kirsten, Miyra and the team are amazing!! I like things laid out with details, plans and direct communication. For me, this process caused much anxiety. After my initial meeting with Kirsten, I immediately felt at ease. What she said she would do she did. They answered all my 1,001 questions (even the ones I asked more than once). Their response time to class and email were prompt and full of information. I can’t thank them enough for everything they do!
