There are two things that make me stand out from other loan officers. The first is experience. I have been a CPA for 20 years prior to the mortgage industry. I have been in the mortgage industry since 1997. There are not many, if any, loan officers with my experience. The second is I can assure you that the interest rates offered will be very competitive and lender costs low. My profit margin is very low. This allows me to pass lower interest rates to my clients.

I can provide rate quotes by running a "soft" credit report that does not show an inquiry or impact your score. In addition, our initial loan consultation provides added information to provide quotes
The only fee that is charged is a lender underwriting/administration fees. I do not charge any other lender related fees like a loan processing fee. Other fees will be all the same in a home purchas
