Purchases are my specialty (though I do refinances too!), and I especially enjoy working with first-time buyers, vacation home seekers, and real estate investors. Many people don't realize you can buy a home with a credit score as low as 500. Though most lenders do not allow this, I do! We can work with the score as-is, or I can help with steps to improve it.
