I’ve lived in Mobile for over 30 years. I graduated from Mobile Christian and the University of South Alabama where I obtained a BS in Education. I am a single mother to my girls Kristen and Katie. I've recently been upgraded to Nonnie with my grand Parkes. :-) I love walking our dogs Bentley and Queso and being outside. I pride myself on answering the phone, or returning your call promptly, along with in depth conversations to better serve you and your needs.

Be patient. Home buying can be a ton of fun. It is an investment for your future so shouldn't be taken lightly. I want my customers to have a joyful experience.

Who do you love helping most, and how do you make the home loan process easier for them?

I enjoy working with everyone. Everyone has a different story. I love meeting new people/families and learning their history and future plans.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I love talking with new clients before they are ready. I treat others how I would want someone to treat my daughters for their 1st home purchase. It can be overwhelming so I welcome all questions.

Where and how do you typically connect with clients?

Clients today seem busier than ever. Mostly everyone wants to communicate thru phone calls, emails, texts, etc. I'm open to meeting in person as well for those clients that prefer a face to face.

What documents do your clients need to start the process?

I start the process with a 10-15 minute phone conversation to access your goals and uncover what items are needed once I better understand your needs.
