Our home buying experience with Roman from LumaLend was outstanding. Home buying can be a stressful process but Roman made my husband and I feel assured that we would be able to get into the right home. His communication exceeded our expectations. He was clear, honest and thoughtful in his approach. Throughout a two month time frame, we spoke with him via phone or text almost every day. He responded early mornings, late evenings and every time in between. He went well beyond his responsibility as a mortgage officer. Rex was so kind but yet professional. He did not let one day go by that he did not check in with me to guide me through the process. He always took the time to explain everything and was very patient with me. He was so knowledgeable and knew exactly how to solve a problem. This man is an asset to this company and Rocket is very lucky to have such an honest caring person. There are many mortgage companies out there to choose from. Getting a loan is stressful, Rex made it as easy as possible. Thank you Rex and LumaLend for helping me get this done.

I cannot recommend Rosie and LumaLend enough to anyone looking for a mortgage. Especially if you are new to home buying. I would giver her a million stars if I could. I have been working with Rosie since 2019 when I bought my first home. I can be a little wary of the “sales” industry and was stressed beyond belief with my first real estate purchase. I could not have been luckier than to have found Rosie. She was so incredibly nice and patient as I asked hundreds of questions about the mortgage process. Mortgages are complicated and sometimes I needed her to reexplain how all the numbers worked. She always took the time to slowly and patiently explain everything in detail as many times as I needed. Since then I’ve done several refinances and home purchases with Rosie and she has provided the same exceptional service every time. I was incredibly pleased to find out that Rosie had started her own company when I began the process of buying my current home.
