Greetings! My name is Andrew Marlow, a wholesale direct lender dedicated to helping clients save thousands and close quickly. Never any origination charges, only lender fees are processing (typically $695-800) and loan admin fee which is a passthrough fee from the wholesale bank, which ranges from ($900-$1,195).
Without a doubt, first time buyers. Helping explain and walk through the buying process, with it ending with seeing them get keys to their new home is the best part of my work.
Love this. I would rather someone reach out to me a year before buying so we can put a plan in place for them. That way, when it comes time to make the move, everyone is ready to rock.
I always do a soft pull initially. We only need a hard pull once in contract OR if it looks like we will need to do some credit work based off the soft pull. This helps mitigate unnecessary inquiries.
