He is known as the "Mortgage Doctor" for his ability to solve problems, build the credit scores of clients, and save people money on their mortgage. Tom originates conventional, FHA and VA loans. He is an expert in Federal Home Loan Bank assistance programs. As a real estate investor for 20 years, he also specializes in helping clients build wealth and income through the purchase of rental properties.
