I have been in the mortgage business for 32 years. I have all 5 star ratings on Google. I love helping people get into their new homes. I give all of my customers my cell number and I am always available to them 7 days a week. I do not hand off my customers to a processor. I work with them 1 on 1 from application to closing.

Wrapped up my experience with Mr. Hughs recently and all I can say is look no further. Knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. I was between several lenders, and Mr. Hughs worked diligently to secure me the best rate. I would work with him time and time again and recommend him to anyone. 5 stars is an understatement!
Stephen has been absolutely wonderful to work with during our home buying process — now for the second time! He is knowledgeable, responsive, timely, and was always available to answer any questions we had. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. We truly couldn’t recommend him more for your lending needs!
Stephen was absolutely amazing to work with and gave the best advice and insight as if you were talking to a friend that has your best interest in mind. He made the process so easy and quicker than expected. He was very prompt and available for all of my questions and was also forward thinking. Highly recommend for any and all of your loan needs. He is so knowledgeable and experienced!!
I would never consider using another mortgage lender! There isn’t enough room here to list all the extra care Stephen gave me and Fred! Everything went together without a hitch. I am forever grateful!
Working with Stephen is a dream! Communication was great, and the loan was cleared to close weeks early which was wonderful for us! We won't use anyone but Stephen in the future!
