For the past 20 years I have been helping business owners, artists and creative professionals buy the home of their dreams and invest in real estate. I used to work for a $1.2B real estate fund for many years, I use the strategies that I learned on big institutional deals for the benefit of my clients. Being a Real Estate Broker in addition to a Mortgage Broker, allows me to do transactions that others can't do. 50% of our loans are investment properties.

We work on a model called "Borrower Paid Compensation" this means we get paid by you, the borrower. On this model you have access to some of the lowest rates that you could qualify for.
We run a Soft Pull of your credit report, rather than the traditional "hard pull". The advantage is that there is no enquiry registered on your report. This costs more and we absorb this cost.
