The team's knowledge, transparency, and professionalism helped to alleviate our worries and make things easier and more enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend working with Mortgage CS if you are looking to buy a house. Our realtor put us in touch with them, and they were incredibly helpful from start to finish. We first met with Alec to review our finances/plan, and he made us feel confident right from the jump that we would be able to do this. He even put in a good word with the seller after we submitted our offer! Once our offer was accepted, Ben provided us with all the information we needed to lock in on a rate. We worked with Christine who made it very easy for us to get all required documents prepared and submitted, and she must’ve answered a million questions in the process. Lastly, when preparing to close, Shannon helped with the final pieces and helped us understand the documents we needed to sign. As first-time home buyers, we were pretty nervous about the process and all of the places it felt like things could go wrong, but by working with this team made it almost shockingly easy. Thank you again to Ben, Alec, Christine, and Shannon!! (I’m sorry if I missed anyone)

Working with Ben, Alec, and their team was everything I could have hoped for and more! Buying your first home can be an exciting but also scary experience, both financially and emotionally, and the entire team at Mortgage CS went above and beyond to keep me informed about my options, deadlines, and requirements. None of my questions went unanswered, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Their teamwork really showed throughout the entire process, and I’m so grateful for all their help. We heard of Mortgage CS through an ad on the Rights to Ricky Sanchez podcast and decided to “trust the process” and go with them as we purchased our first home. Alec was the best to work with. He walked us through the process, answered all of our questions and even put us in touch with an awesome realtor in our area! The whole Mortgage CS team made the entire process stress free. Now that we are almost a year from closing, Alec is still willing to hop on a call to discuss refinancing options. I appreciate the birthday emails they send, it truly shows they care about their customers even after the process is complete.

Alec, Ben, Chelsea, Melissa, Shannon, and the entire Mortgage CS team were fantastic to work with! From the beginning, they took the time to clearly explain our mortgage options, answer our questions, and guide us through what to expect. Each team member supported us during different stages of the process, and the communication was excellent throughout.
