I am a real estate broker as well as a lender. I think that they go hand in hand and makes the buyer and seller feel much more comfortable that they are dealing with someone that knows everything.

They need to fill out the home loan application to see what documents they need to upload for the pre-approval.

How do you feel about clients starting the conversation before they’re ready to purchase?

I think it's important to know someone that is in the field and can help them on even if they are not currently ready to buy.
